Trade Winds Corporation PLC’s subsidiary Saint Helena Developments Limited, has obtained full planning permission for the development of 150 high-end residential housing units with associated club-house facilities, to be known as ‘Trade Winds Ocean Village’.  Meanwhile, with the gradual kick-start of the global economies coming out of the pandemic, Trade Winds Corporation are hopeful of St Helena resuming air-access in the near future.
